•A minimum of 5 years' experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential construction.

•A thorough knowledge of all trades.

•A positive attitude that can be shared with co-workers and clients alike.

•A pick-up truck is recommended (licensed and insured).

•Excellent Computer skills and working knowledge of various programs and apps.

•The ability to function in a team atmosphere where everyone is focused on each other's success as well as the company's.

•Be able to read and write English fluently.

•Be able to pass a drug test and background check.

•The understanding that 'can't' or 'waiting' are not acceptable answers, we are a solution driven company.

•Have a Smart phone with unlimited data plan.

•OSHA 30 certification prior to start date.

•Have a client first attitude.

•Having a base of subcontractors previously worked with is a plus!

•An understanding of sales is helpful for change orders, etc.

The role of a Project Manager at client involves supervision of on-site construction, including, but not limited to: finding and scheduling subcontractors, resolving day-to-day problems on the project site, inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans, specifications and building codes, approving payments to sub-contractors, ordering materials when needed, pulling permits and more.

Job Roles and Responsibilities Will Include:

•Responsible for personnel management on site.

•Determine and maintain project schedule and budget from step A to Z.

•Ensure employees and/or subcontractors have tools, equipment and material needed for projects in order to ensure proper execution and productivity.

•Ensure safety protocols are followed for project site, personnel and public safety.

•Assist in training new employees and/or subcontractors.

•Perform testing and quality control to prepare for Owner turnover.

•Document final close-out and guarantee Owner acceptance and payment.

•Complete additional assigned responsibilities.

•Approximate workload will require 40% time in office and 60% time in field.
