Description: Located in Austin, TX this position is lead role of Account Manager for National Accounts or is the primary contact for the largest and most critical National Accounts; ensuring continued and increased growth by negotiating renewals or selling products and services to existing customers, understanding customer needs, and providing customer support; leading strategic business changes and assisting with development of strategies; and overseeing and developing account support team.JOB REQUIREMENTS:* State Insurance License.* 8 years in a health care management field with 6 years successful record as a health care account executive and thorough knowledge of group health care products (HMO, PPO), processes and trends.* Leadership and mentoring skills; strategic thinker and ability to lead change.* Ability to travel; address customer needs and make sound decisions; build strong customer relations; analyze reports; and contribute to the design of strategies and implement strategies.* Verbal and written communications skills; negotiation skills; presentation skills; sales and financial skills.
